Imayna Caceres

Imayna Caceres (Lima, Peru) is an artist whose work focuses on the deconstruction of the coloniality of being, power, knowledge, arts, and spirituality, the body/mind divide, decolonial Third World feminism, and the Latin American diaspora. In her activist work she is concerned with social critiques of the effects of systemic racism in relation to gender and class in marginalized groups. A graduate of Sociology and Communications, she is currently finishing her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
